I drew this up today. For those in the dark, this is Samara Morgan from The Ring.. who is wicked-cool.
Admittedly, I did a copy-paste-mirror thing on the arms/hands.. mainly out of frustration after continuously screwing them up. But I think the symmetry works rather well anyway
